and 210 in Dazhu county,Sichuan province, China. The company is an appointed cable manufacturing enterprise approved by the Department of Mechanical Industry,"Excellent enterprise in Sichuan Province","Science and Technology Oriented Enterprise" and "One of the Biggest Taxation Contribution enterprise" in Sichuan province, its "Black Elephant" products are " Products Exemption From Quality Surveillance Inspection" in China, and the company is "Company that Offers Products Satisfied by Customers" in the People's Republic of China.
      
        In 1995, "Black elephant" products are awarded with "Recommended Products for National Dwelling Buildings of Well-to-do Level " by the National Science and Technology Committee and the Department of Construction. In 1996, "Black elephant" products are awarded "First Class Products" in national quality test and honored "Sichuan Famous Brand Products" by The People's Government of Sichuan Province.
      At present, "Black Elephant" brand wires and cables are produced according to international standards and national standards ,consisting of wires and cables for electrical equipments, power cables, aerial insulated cables, and special cables, more than 1000 types and 10000 specifications.
